- The “Document Writing”Training
In order to further promote the document processing to be standardized, systematic and scientific. On January 11, UCC held a one-day “document writing” training, specially inviting Qiu Kaijin, Zhejiang Industry&Trade Vocational College professor to give the lecture. Members from the center group and representatives on behalf of staff took part in the study.
At Training meeting, Prof. Jin, who is based on many years of engaging in official document writing and material processing used a large number of specific vivid case to teach the concept, types, characteristics and points for attention of speech and the purpose of writing, material collecting, carrier, etc. The lecture focused on the format of the official document writing and matters needing attention.
Through training, it further strengthened the importance of document processing for people and enhanced the level of the document writing. It also has laid a solid foundation of unifying functions of Management Dept and improving administrative efficiency.
